David, who has over 30 years experience in the butchery and sausage making industry is rightly referred to as a ‘ Sausage Supremo ‘and has won the coveted award of National Champion Sausage maker twice, emphasising his commitment to excellence and consistency. This is underlined by his approach to quality and the continued development of new and exciting varieties of sausage. All sausages contain quality ingredients filled into natural casings.
The natural progression for these talents was to start a business of his own and Bangers Galore began trading in 1998, offering high quality hand made sausages to Horsham and the surrounding area. Today, although a larger concern, Bangers Galore remains a family run business and employs a small and dedicated workforce who all share David’s passion for quality and craftsmanship.
